Standard Shipping and Handling
- Most orders ship within 2 business days from receipt of order, excluding weekends.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments within the Continental U.S. to arrive. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and APO or FPO addresses can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
- You may ship an order to a different address than your billing address.
- Physical street addresses are required; PO boxes cannot be processed.
- Additional fees may apply to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO and FPO addresses.
- Currently, international shipping is not available.
Return Policy
Returns of Monkeez Makes a Difference retail product must be taken care of at the store at which it was purchased.
All merchandise purchased from monkeezmakesadifference.com can be returned for a replacement or a refund within 30 days from purchase date.
Credits for returns will be refunded to the original credit card used to place the order. Refunds may require the return of product. In that case, a refund will be issued within 5-7 days of receipt of the returned product.
We do not offer exchanges for returned product. We will issue a credit to your credit card for any returned items and if you need assistance with placing the new order, we will be happy to help.
To return an item, e-mail customerservice@mwcbk.com with your name, contact information, order information, item number, and the reason for the return. Customer service will then advise if a return is required and will provide a shipping label at that time. Please note, the returned products must be in the original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. If you no longer have your packing slip, please put all of the information on a separate sheet of paper, including your order number, mailing address and phone number, along with the item description, and include it with the return. Orders over $100 will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Product:
For product that has arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order.
